"Thunderbird Construction completed a project for me last Fall with terrific results. It was somewhat complex, involving the skirting of a small house of mine that was on concrete pilings and on a modest slope. The skirting sections necessary were all unique in shape and size. Chris did a great job of explaining the solutions to the problem, and came up with a plan that not only sealed off the crawl space and its plumbing from the elements, but looked good as well. I have a friend that has done construction her entire life and she just couldn’t stop talking about what a great job he did with my deck. He also put back together a fence that had to be removed when I had a tiny house delivered, he installed an extra gate and it turned out great. He installed poles and an upper 2 x 4 to hang a privacy screen. He even installed the privacy screen for no extra charge. He always arrived on time and took little to no breaks.
